Laura Elliott

Laura Elliott is an innovative, contemporary artist who is passionate about creating and commissioning paintings. She primarily paints landscapes, seascapes and skyscapes, using nature, imagination and the world around to influence and guide her work.

Laura feels that colour can explore and convey a deep emotional meaning to viewers of her work and this is a central consideration when each piece is created. Concepts of emotion, memory and location are incorporated through the uplifting use of colour, with a combination of painting techniques. Additionally, direction and movement feature strongly within Laura’s work, using her brush strokes to direct the viewers eye within her work.

Laura has exhibited her work in various London Galleries and has artwork displayed in private collections in both the UK and USA.
